The client’s existing broker had made several energy purchasing decisions close to market highs and had failed to clearly communicate the strategy behind these purchases.
This created several concerns for the client, including lack of trust and transparency, limited forecasting, miscalculations and poor communication.
These issues left the client exposed to unnecessary cost risk and reduced confidence in their existing procurement strategy.

Using both fundamental and technical market analysis, we produced a comprehensive assessment of the energy market and developed a procurement strategy covering short, medium and long-term time horizons.
By following SeeMore Energy’s recommendations, the client achieved significant cost savings across multiple energy purchasing periods.
Over three electricity purchasing seasons, the client saved more than £80,000 compared to the pricing levels previously recommended.
Additional savings of £21,000 were achieved on gas purchases, bringing total identified savings to over £100,000.
